"If you want to be a true professional, you will do something outside yourself. Something to repair tears in your community. Something to make life a little better for people less fortunate than you. That's what I think a meaningful life is - living not for oneself, but for one's community.

- Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg

Why I am Running

I believe in the renewed potential of North St Paul. We are a town with a rich history and many citizens who have lived here for generations. North St Paul is changing, our diversity is growing, and young people and families choose our 3 square mile town to call home. We need leadership which understands that our diversity is our strength, and the future of North St. Paul needs to involve the voices of ALL of its citizens. I live, work, and volunteer in North St. Paul and have a demonstrated record of building community, advocacy, and making change. I am running for City Council because I care what happens in our community every day. I want to continue building a strong, inclusive, and welcoming community in North St. Paul.
